BAG CARE

The best way to clean your vegan leather bag is to first wipe the exterior clean with a damp lint free cloth ( microfiber works well). If a stain remains you can use a soap and water solution and  the wash cloth or if a deeper stain use a soft toothbrush to gently rub the stain and see if can be removed. Make sure to remove soapy residue with a clean damp cloth. 

You can alternatively try a faux leather cleaner.

The vegan leather bags have a water proof exterior coating. As they have sown seams we cannot say they are completely waterproof. The CITY collection 2021 has polyurethane coated cotton canvas which makes the bags very water resistant.

Take a damp lint-free washcloth (microfiber works well) and some dishsoap and wipe the bag down in circular motions working out the stain. Rinse the washcloth free of any soap and wipe the bag of any soapy residue going with the grain of the bag.  

Alternatively Baby Wipes are also good for cleaning the Cotton Canvas and Cotton Webbing.

Scuffs and marks that bags pick up only add to thier character but of course we understand that they are not always wanted.

Our canvas collection of bags are treated with a polyurethane coating on the outside which adds durability to the fabric.

Extra waterproofing can be added to the outside of your bag using a WR (water resistant) spray. These can be found online or in some sports / shoe / clothing stores. Check that the Spray is compatible with Pu leather or Canvas.

Spray the outside of your bag evenly with the spray and let dry. Repeat as needed.

We aim to offer more colours of the City Canvas Collection in spring 2020. The Modern Commuter collection of bags are only available in Black at the moment except for the Urban Shopper which is Cognac.

DELIVERY

Our shipping is handled by a third party logistics partner. Packages to consumers within Sweden are sent with Postnord mypack or DHL Servicepoint. Packages to consumers with in the EU and outside the EU are sent with Fedex. 

Once your order is confirmed, the item will be packed and shipped by our partner to the pickup point nearest your address.

Our shipping charges are listed below;

Sweden – Free of charge for orders over 900 sek all other orders 53.50 sek

Europe: Free shipping in Europe for all orders over 90 EUR. Orders below 90 EUR will have a delivery fee of 10 EUR  for larger items and 5 EUR for smaller items  (see prices for United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland) The shipments are fulfilled by FEDEX and TNT Home Delivery.

UK – Free shipping to the United Kingdom for all orders over  90 EUR. Orders below 90 EUR will have a delivery fee of 10 EUR for large items and 5 EUR for small items. The shipments are fulfilled by FEDEX and TNT Home Delivery.

Outside EU

NO  & CH- Orders to Norway  and Switzerland for have a delivery fee of 10 EUR. The shipments are fulfilled by FEDEX and TNT Home Delivery.

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply in the checkout or to a pick up point nearest your address depending on the delivery method. We send you the tracking number when your package has been expedited so that you can follow your order.

Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden. 3-5 business days within EU and 5-7 days outside EU.

If you do not pick up your package it will be returned to us at a charge of 10 EUR which will be charged to you.

RETURNS

You may return an item and get a refund, or exchange the item within 14 days from when the item has been delivered. If you are a Swedish customer, we recommend that you fill in the Return form found on Konsumentverkets website.

Please contact us at returns@weathergoodssweden.com include your order number and the reason for your return in your email and we will get back to you with a shipping label.

*Please note that:

– The item must be in the same condition when returning it as it was when you received it.

– The item must be returned in the original or similar packaging as it arrived in and must include hangtags and packaging bag that it arrived in.

-During sale periods and special offer we do not offer the right to return just the right to exchange the product.

In case of returning or exchanging items the customer will have to pay for shipping costs to return the item.

Europe

Return Shipping Cost for Europe is 9 EUR which will be deducted from the repayment of the item once the item is recieved and checked and approved by us. Contact us returns@weathergoodssweden.com for a prepaid return label and return instructions.

UK

Customers in Uk. Unfortunately we are unable to offer prepaid returns at the moment. All Uk customers are advised to ship their returned package at thier own cost with Royal Mail to our head office. Please contact us before you send the item returns@weathergoodssweden.com for instructions.

Norway 

Return Shipping Cost for Norway is 10 EUR which will be deducted from the repayment of the item once the item is recieved and checked and approved by us. Contact us returns@weathergoodssweden.com for a prepaid return label and return instructions.

Switzerland

Customers in Switzerland. Unfortunately we are unable to offer prepaid returns at the moment. All CH customers are advised to ship their returned package at thier own cost with local postal service to our head office. Please contact us before you send the item returns@weathergoodssweden.com for instructions.

If you have bought the item at a stockist we ask you to contact them for any exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES

Return the Item to be exchanged to Weathergoods, whereupon we will refund the item and you can reorder the item you would prefer.

Europe

The shipping cost to return the item will be paid by the customer and deducted from repayment. For Europe contact returns@weathergoodssweden.com for a prepaid return label and instructions. The cost for the return within Europe is 9 EUR. 

 UK 

All Uk customers are advised to ship their returned package at thier own cost with Royal Mail to our head office. Please contact us before you send the item returns@weathergoodssweden.com for instructions.

CLAIMS

If you discover a defect or want to file a complaint, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to returns@weathergoodsswedens.com.

We will get back to you via email and how to proceed.  Please do not send any items back before contacting us.

If returning because of damaged, faulty or defective goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by WEATHERGOODS, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it to Weathergoods.

In case of disputes, Swedish law is applicable. See further at www.konsumentverket.se
